Some interesting background info about this activityQuote from the website:

"Every time we enjoy a nice warm cup of cocoa we should in fact thank Coenraad Johannes van Houten. It was he who - in 1828 - discovered the method of dissolving cocoa powder which is still the way the cocoa powder is prepared today. Van Houten was first working in Amsterdam but moved first to Leiden and then to Weesp where he bought premises on the Oudegracht in 1850. He called his factory “The Eagle” which has been a logo for Van Houten ever since. In 1865 his son Casparus started working in the business as well. They were very successful not least because of their very intensive advertising policies. The museum in Weesp has a large collection of Van Houten advertising material. The factory was in production in Weesp until 1971."
